Withdrawal Methods

• Withdrawal requests are accepted 24hrs a day and are proceesed Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, usually within 48 hours of being requested but could take up to 5 business days due to high volume.
• Heroes casino limits clients to $2500 to be withdrawn within any 5 business day on all deposit methods.
• Heroes Casino requires documentation such as but not limited to a valid picture ID (copy of passport, driver's license or national ID card) and a utility bill less than 3 months old that lists your name and address as proof of residence for security purposes prior to any withdrawals being processed.
• Clients withdrawals must be processed using clients deposit method. I.e. Deposit using Moneybookers, withdrawal will be processed using Moneybookers.
• Heroes Casino accounts receiving promotional bonuses must review and understand all rules associated with the promotions offered on the promotional page prior to making a withdrawal request.
• Heroes Casino will not reimburse transfer fees on incoming deposits if client has requested a withdrawal in last 7 days.
• With EVERY deposit: The entire deposit amount must be played in casino or sportsbook at least three (3) times before it can be withdrawn from Heroes Casino. If client does not meet this requirement fees associated with deposit amount will be deducted from account before withdrawal is processed.
• Heroes Casino accounts deemed making numerous/excessive withdrawals and deposits over short periods of time, will result in a suspension of Heroes Casino covering the transfer fees or withdrawal fees.
• Heroes Casino’s management reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal. Heroes Casino will notify client of such action with reasons for doing so.
• Unless otherwise specified all direct credit card deposits have a min 30 day hold before a withdrawal can be made. This does not apply to any method that is powered by Moneybookers.
• Unless otherwise specified if a deposit was made by a direct credit card method withdrawals have to be made by check or other approved methods. Withdrawals cannot be made back on to a credit card.
• If your last banking transaction with Heroes was a withdrawal you are not eligible for a bonus on thier next deposit.  

Deposit Methods

• Some deposit methods may not be available to clients in certain areas.
• All online deposits are processed using up to 256bit SSL encryption or better.
• Heroes Casino may limit incoming amounts with certain deposit methods.
• Sender’s information and receiver’s information must match for all deposit methods.
• Deposit methods require that the same method is used for withdrawal.
• Transfer fees will not be reimbursed on incoming deposits if a withdrawal has been made and processed within the previous 72 hours. (If an account shows a history of excessive withdrawals and deposits over a short period of time, reimbursement of transfer fees will be suspended by management.)
• There is a min 7 day hold (unless otherwise noted) on the initial deposit before the first withdrawal.
• All Deposit methods are free. Heroes will cover all fees.
